The general manager Steve was also great. He was honest and upfront without coming off as rude or apathetic. He helped think of creative solutions to solve my concerns and issues. The finance guy Moe was super nice and supportive. He explained everything in detail and wasn't intimidating when it came to answering the financial questions I had.
Robert Procter was my sales person in my recent purchase. He worked diligently and respectfully to get my deal done to my satisfaction. Dealership was very clean and the staff was friendly. I would recommend them to anyone interested in any vehicle in their inventory. As I understand it, now that they are in the Autonation family they have access to a nation wide inventory and can get you almost anything you would possibly want.
I had a few issues when I arrived but the representative, named Nick, quickly resolve them all. The wait for the repair was good, the free coffee and donuts a plus. I was very satisfied with the service.

Mike who seemed very okay with taking us on a test drive was not only entertaining but had lots of knowledge of the car. They do tell you as it is and make sure you leave happy rather you get a car or not.
I had a positive experience buying my Ford Mustang at AutoNation Ford Wolfchase. The sales people and finance office personal were very helpful, friendly, and professional. I felt they gave me a good deal and explained all the options that were available, not pressuring me into any that I did not desire. If there were anything that I would say could be improved is that the whole process seemed to take a long time to complete (but then I had never bought a new car before so maybe that was to be expected).
