An oil change at this dealership is nice because they have a comfortable waiting room, the price is competitive or better than drive-thru oil change places, and you have the assurance that everything was done exactly as it should be for your make of car. Also, they could not be any nicer. They are very thorough and check everything without the "hard sell" of extra services.
I love this dealership. Every sales consultant that i spoke with was fantastic. Id just like to thank them for their time and effort. The sales men/women were very hardworking and kind. I felt as they were buying a car for themselves, they were very happy around us and gave full details in everything you wanted to know about the car to the interest rates for the car. Once again, thank you guys back at AutoNation Honda. i love my new car and i appreciate everything they did for us.
I absolutely love my new 2017 Honda Accord! And I got the color I wanted, which was important to me. But I didn't like the fact that the car already had 208 miles on it; and they didn't provide any financial concessions for that. I was more than a little disappointed about that. Also, I inquired with my sale associate, Trey Alston, about certain paperwork that was with the manual in the glove compartment that wasn't completed; and I even sent a picture via text that he asked. But to date I have not received a follow-up as to why this paperwork was not signed off by a certified technician. I get that feeling that once they have made the sale, then all the catering and nice customer service expires. That's not a good feeling. Also, I was told by Trey Alston that the tags could not be included in the loan because I reside in Mississippi. Trey supposedly asked the finance manager about it, and came back and "confirmed" to me that they are not able to include my tags. I have since come to learn that the tags could and should have been included in the loan. This is all very disappointing and left a sour note on my new car buying experience. For this, I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership.
Ron was absolutely amazing! Very professional, attentive, detailed, and patient! He made my car buying process easy and seamless! And though Ron was my sales rep, I received 5 star treatment from all staff members at AutoNation Honda. Would recommend to everyone!
The buying process was easy. Everyone was very nice however after my purchase I began having troubles with the crankshaft censor. I was told I needed to contact a Nissan dealership since they were the make of the car but Nissan referred me back to where I purchased the car. Almost 2 years later and almost $1,500 later and it still can't be fixed. The price for it was good but I just wish they were more open about that problem.
