Very Shady. Agree with other 'terrible customer service'. Pressure sales and scare tactics. Was brought into finance manager's office and quoted a monthly payment 22 a month more than the same parameters with their online calculator for that vehicle. Wouldn't show us any of the finance documents. We said no thank you, he just turned back to his computer and said "Have a nice day"....so, I guess maybe there customer service is not terrible, just bad.
