Last Thursday, 7-27-17, my husband and I arrived at AutoNation around 6pm. We were greeted with so many happy and smiling faces. Everyone we encountered was on top of their game! Kenny, general manager, was so helpful in making it a special and personal experience for us. Our sales associate Patrick Henderson was exceptional! Thank you so much Patrick, you really helped make the experience enjoyable for us. Our vehicle was the first new car my husband and I have ever bought and we could not be more excited about it. Admittedly I was nervous about it, but the wonderful employees of AutoNation Nissan Memphis helped me feel confident about my buy.
Everyone was nice & polite. The waiting area was very clean & comfortable. The gentleman that was handling my paperwork gave me great advice and very professional. The lady at the check out was really sweet, nice as well and thanks for the car wash☺

My experience on buying a car at Nissan was awesome. It was actually the easiest car buying experience i have ever had. Everyone was nice polite. It takes time to get all the paperwork together to buy a car. With that said, there was plenty of snacks and fresh fruit to hold you over during the process.
