I forgot the gentleman's name that actually sold me my car. He was very nice. This was back in December of 2015. The buying process was good, but the service center took over week to repair a sensor in my door. Then when I finally picked up the truck (which is 30 minutes away) it had a new dent and still was NOT fixed properly!!
I had an excellent car-buying experience at CarMax! My car had been totaled Friday night, so Saturday, my husband and I went to CarMax to get an idea of what kind of car I wanted to buy. We enjoyed being able to walk around and view the cars without being stalked by a salesman. When we did find a 2015 Nissan Altima, we asked our salesman, Will Weed, if we could test drive it. After doing so, we knew this was the right car. We had to get our finance details worked out with the insurance and Will offered to hold the car for us during this time. He also took the time to thoroughly explain all the details of the car and payment packages. He was pleasant to be around and seemed like he genuinely cared about our experience and getting the right car. We also had to get a few things fixed on the car and he made sure he got those taken care of before we came back to buy it. Overall, it was an extremely pleasant experience and I would recommend anyone to go see Will Weed if they are looking for a new car. Shout out to Jonathan Smith he was my salesman and he was so great!!! The customer service was on point. He was honest and down to earth. He told & showed us the good and bad. He explored all of our options. And we were able to drive away in what we wanted. I will be going back in the future.

Went to get an offer for them to buy my truck. It took no more than 30 mins. It was a lower amount than I was expecting. May have to think about it some. The person helping me was very pleasant and helped me look at some of their trucks while I waited. They were very busy .
