Jo made this experience a good one. She never refused us any request no matter whether it was driving another car or more information. She made so many trips back and forth and never got impatient. My daughter and I were very impressed. The surroundings were pleasant and I am thrilled with my new car!!!

Awesome service department. I got in right away, and had less than a 1 hour wait for oil change and car wash. Very professional staff. My salesman saw me and mentioned again that the first oil change is complimentary. I’d forgotten that, so thank you Lance.

I went in to see Janese whom I had communicated with by phone a few times, but she was on a phone call, so Lance assisted me. We were discussing options, safety features,other features and pricing on the particular make of vehicle I was interested in. I did finally leave with right color and interior I wanted. Some aspects of the transaction were not within the salesman control, but due to his knowledge and patience I would certainly shop with him again, as well as refer customers to him.
