jeff and his team treated me really well. He kept me updated on the progress and Supplied me with transportation to and from my home until my car was ready, Van was very punctual I and polite. I’ve enjoyed my Beetle for many years thanks to Jeff and the team.

Gone are the days of stressful car appointments. I am impressed how they anticipate my needs. They meet me outside and check me in quick. Conversation is friendly, authentic and efficient. Coffee is fresh and hot. And then the job is complete (with a washed car). I have no reason to ever go someplace else.

Had low pressure tire light and whipped into Gossett WInchester about lunch time -- although they had vehicles ahead of me, they were able to evaluate the problem quickly, and discovered nail in the tire and I was fixed within an hour. I had the road warranty insurance so didn't cost anything. Was appreciative of the quick service w/o an appointment and getting me back on the road safely.
