Not Joann, but Jermeka. Do NOT waste your time or your money with these people! Biggest rip off in the history of rip offs!!! They only care about your money. Of course that's 95% of the world, but they make it obvious. Especially when things start to go wrong with your car. They get mad at you like it's your fault. Haven't had this car 2 months and I already need an alternator, tune up,transmission fluid so it won't jerk and brakes! Guess what they offered to help with? Not a thingggg!!! Their mechanic charges you like you aren't spending with his people. I just feel the whole business is unfair. Throw the whole business away!!
