Update: The Service Manager (always cordial and accommodating) reached out to me the same afternoon I wrote this review and made that particular visit right. There was also one gentleman by the name of Shelton who works as an advisor and he is hands down the best person I've worked with at this dealership and I wasn't even his client! As you can see below, someone from the dealership has also reached out regarding my original review which I appreciate very much. I have updated my review scoring to reflect what the dealership has done to make it right. Sometimes it's not what we've done wrong but what we do to fix it that makes us who we are.
We visited two other dealerships trying to find the perfect vehicle. At the other dealerships, they acted like they did not want to help us. Seth Green at Principle Toyota was the complete opposite! He is very knowledgeable about EVERY vehicle on the lot. We went looking for a truck for my husband. We left with a truck for my husband and an SUV for myself! Seth gave us his number and still answers any questions we have about our new vehicles. This was the best car buying experience I have ever been involved with. Our salesman Seth was great to deal with and was very informed about the vehicles and features. Walker in financing was prompt and easy to deal with regarding the paperwork and financial aspects.

This dealership's service department is incredibly slow. I waited over two hours for an oil change that I had an appointment for. There have been past instances similar to this with similar results. The waiting room is probably the least comfortable of any Toyota dealership I've used and the service staff aren't great about updating you on the status. I've left the service department without windshield wiper fluid before. They aren't the cheapest, friendliest or most attentive.
