Purchased a 2017 Mini Cooper S 4 Door. Ashley Rook, our adviser, made the purchase super easy. I made an appointment to stop by earlier in the day, and she had the car running and cooling off already as we arrived. We didn't realize that the dealership closed at 7 (we got there around 6), and Ashley stayed late to close the deal that day. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Ashley or Roadshow.
Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Found my MINI on line, gave a deposit via credit card, rented a car drove from NOLA to Memphis, gave them a check for the balance and was out in 20 minutes! Great friendly service!

I just picked up my JCW Mini two days ago that I had ordered at Roadshow MINI. This was the best experience I have ever had ordering a vehicle (Previously had ordered a Corvette, truck and Jeep Cherokee) Matt was the best salesman I have ever had. He was low pressure, friendly, very knowledgeable and treated me like I was the most important customer that he had ever had. He always had time to answer any questions, kept me updated during the construction of my car and has answered my text questions even late at night after I got home with my MINI.
