The employees are nice here. But, if you're looking for a quick stop, this is not the place to go. They suggest that you make an appointment, but even with an appointment, you are probably going to be here at least 2 hours. Even longer, depending on what has to be done to your vehicle.
Very nice place to buy a new truck or car.they make it fun to purchase a new vehicle.
It was a very good one and I did not have any problems with my oil changed.
So, plan ahead.
Sold me a vehicle and the engine light came on about 20 to 30 min after purchase. I let the problem be known so they can fix it on their end. They made me an appointment with the service department. Service department says its a $1500 problem that's NOT covered by the 2 year warranty. So I'm expected to pay to get it fixed out of MY pocket. AND pay over $20,000 for the vehicle as well. They covered up a problem and sold the vehicle KNOWING there was a problem with it.
UPDATE: they "claim" they fixed the $1500 problem (catalytic converter/cracked manifold){why would this even be an issue if the car was truly "certified" as they claim?} However it still runs the same. At times it doesn't accelerate correctly. I have almost been in a wreck three times because of the issue. Told them. (At the time it was only 2) They don't care. Gave me my car back and said the issue couldn't be caught that day and if it persists they would have to keep it a few days. REALLY?? Ok that's cool. But what about my heat? I complained that my heat doesn't work all of the time. Well it worked for 10 minutes when I picked it up from service a couple of weeks ago and hasn't come back on since. I have texted my sales rep and also emailed the manager about this issue. No one has gotten back with me nor gives a damn. They have heat and defrost in their car and don't have to take their kids to school in the cold while the kids are in the back seat complaining about the cold. Nope they don't have to do that. I'm telling y'all...2018 gone break your heart if you take your tax money here expecting to get a reliable car.
