Bought a car here a few months ago. Sale guy Eric was the only nice person in the building. But he has since left. The other employees are rude and polite and don't have manners the customer service skills are ghetto and impoliteness is the only thing they know here. I took my car to get serviced and was told that Goodyear would not service the car, or even put a new front tire on it because it had been in accident and i went to 3 different places for all of them to tell me the samething. And 2 of the store managers of Goodyear and transmission shop. It's against the law for a used car lot she said you a damaged car that they know or have ideals that was in a car accident when they sell you a card it's against Tennessee law and that they could be sued. And the repairs for the car also will cost ne $1200.00 that i dont have cause im paying this high ass car note. Also they will forge your signature on documents to sent to the loan company. AND THEY DO THIS TO A PERSON THEY KNOW IS SICK DONT BUY HERE!!!!!
