Preowned manager misrepresented a preowned XC90. Vehicle did not have listed options/package as advertised on their website. I even called before driving hours to dealership. Manager said "sorry" we misread the VIN. Great attention to details Volvo of Memphis ... NOT. I should have suspected by the pictures strategically taken missing the options listed under vehicle description. So I think the VIN misreading excuse was a lie. I would have bought it on the spot with cash in hand, but will now take my $$ somewhere else. Wasted a whole day of driving/fuel to this integrity lacking dealership.
My original review was about 4 years ago but I recently bought my second car through Volvo of Memphis after a car accident. I reached out to Boyd Haun immediately and he handled everything with me being at work and unable to come out to the dealership due to my crazy work schedule. I felt no hesitation in allowing Boyd to help me with this process without even being there, he made it so easy for me even though I'm sure it aged him another 10 years. Also, John Crider was great and as always I know Eric Gibbs will take care of me in the service department. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
I recently purchased a used car from these folks. They treated me like a king!!! First class service, knowledge and very helpful with the entire process. John Crider in sales, Benjamin Sanders in finance, were awesome! I received prompt responses from both of these gentlemen, anytime I had a question. This dealership went ABOVE AND BEYOND, and have made a new customer!! I love my WRX!!! Thank you all very much!!
Great staff and great service! Beautiful newer building too. The customer lounge is awesome and they have a play room for kids!
Just bought a used car from Chandler Duffel @ Volvo of Memphis. Very satisfied with his help getting the deal done. The Sales Manager, Boyd Haun, was also very helpful. Very pleasant and painless experience. The price I paid was fair and they gave me more on my trade than another used car sales place that offers to buy your car and doesn't negotiate their sales price.
