One of the things I wasn't happy about was the suspension. That was what Herb took money off for. I feel like he was reasonable about my request.
I highly recommend buying from here. The owner is upfront, fair, and will work with you to get you the best deal possible. I came in just last week, and he took off a huge chunk of the price just so I could pay cash and not have to finance anything. He was also forthcoming about all information about the car. Plus, he told me if this car didn't end up being the one I wanted, he had plenty more for me to choose from. I will definitely purchase from here again on the future. Thanks guys!
I got a really good deal on a car, and I appreciate the time Herb and his staff spent with me to get me the car.
It started by seeing the car on Car Guru's. It was more than I had in mind to pay and I live 3.5 hours away in Huntsville, AL, but I called anyways. Over the phone Herb agreed on a lower price and said he could send me a video of the car by the end of the next day. (He also offered to send it to me, but I didn't want to buy the car sight unseen.) He sent me a text with his email and a link to their website with an ad which contained a Carfax report. I sent him an email to let him know I was excited about the car and to let him know some things I would like to see about the car when he shot the video. The next day I got the video and let him know we were headed over in the morning.
When we got back to the dealership, Herb and I met for the first time and started talking about cars before he actually sold me the car.

When we arrived I looked the car over real good and took it for a ride. Their were a few things that I wasn't happy about, but I was still interested in the car, so I asked off a little more. Herb wasn't there so we went to lunch and waited for a response. Before we headed back, Herb had reached out to me and we agreed on a different price.
I'm happy with my buying experience, and I can't say I have anything to complain about. As it turns out, the car actually has more features than advertised and it's better than my last vehicle which I paid more for!
He had some desirable cars in his inventory. The closest thing he had in his inventory was a Honda Pilot, but if he had a Honda CRV, at the right price, I probably would've bought that from him too. I don't need a Pilot, because I'm looking for something to daily drive and haul my bike to the mountain that didn't cost as much.
This was by far the best auto purchasing experience for me. The owner & sales personnel found the exact car I was looking for in a matter of days! I diligently price shopped them and their pricing was better than anyone I found locally or on-line. I've had my car for a year now & could not be happier with my purchase.
