Though the sales people were nice, it was never clear of thier intentions. My mother purchased a 2010 Corrolla for myself to use in another city. After noticing a slip in the transmission, a busted radio, and some unsettling noises after only a couple of days. We brought the car back to them for diagnostics. They quoted us about $1000 worth of repairs and would only cover $25 worth of it. The sales manager talked to us like we were stupid saying all of these problems arose after we bought it. Our salesman seemed to try to help but explained management would not budge. It is clear they are all about profits and do not care for the customers well being. Do not buy used at Wolfchase Toyota. THEY WILL SELL YOU A LEMON.
Good experience purchasing new vehicle. But not great trying to purchase used. If trading in vehicle, explore options of selling to private party or even CarMax.
