I had my transmission rebuilt on my 1993 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera back when I was in grad school. Mechanics aren't always honest but almost 6 years and 40,000 miles after they rebuilt my transmission, my car still runs well. They also gave me a better price than any of the local mechanics who don't specialize in transmissions. And when I say a better price, I mean several hundred dollars less. After all these years, I finally have the money to buy a new car. I felt like I should thank them for the good work that they did that kept my existing car running, rust and all.

Waited six and a half hours for a call that was promised but never came. Walked back to the shop to find the job I had asked for was never actually performed, and a different problem had been found. The staff refused to tell me exactly what was wrong, only how much it would cost to fix. Asked for a copy of the estimate and received a price written on the back of a business card. Will not be returning to this shop again.
