As a resident of Dallas, TX I was thankful that Discount Tire began opening up shops in Memphis so that I could always get a tire repair when needed when I’m in town. Got a screw in my tire over the Christmas holiday and discount took care of me with their free flat tire repair. Great, trustworthy, fast service if you make an appointment. I love Discount and recommend it to anybody. Be sure to make an appointment online if you want to be taken care of right away.
Highly Recommend!!! I heard that Discount Tire did tire patches for free regardless of where you purchased your tires and the reviews were great, so I decided to try them out. It was absolutely worth it. I had a hole in one of my rear tires. I was greeted immediately in the parking lot and was helped right away. It was about 10 am on a Wednesday so they weren't too busy. The gentleman who assisted me was very friendly and polite. He checked the tread on all my tires and made small talk while we looked at them and walked inside to sign in. He showed me a chart that determines how good your tires are based on the tread. Mine were not great so he pulled up some prices and told me about the special for black Friday. The info was helpful and I did not feel pressured to purchase anything. He noticed my Starbucks cup and showed me where I could get more coffee if I needed it. I wish I had gotten his name but all the other employees I heard talking with different customers seemed just as polite. I only waited about 15 minutes before I was given my keys. They had pulled my car up to the door for me ready to go. They patched my bad tire and checked the pressure in all my others, including my spare, absolutely free. It was a very pleasant experience and I will be returning to purchase new tires from them!
Talk about fast! Guy ran out the door to me in the lot like it was a dealership...that's actually not a bad thing in this case. Got tires aired rotated and balanced within 30 minutes. And it was done professionally...they wasted no time and the guys were cool and straight to the point. Definitely my new tire service center.
I never been here before but I had a flat and where I initially went was not going to be able to fix it the same day. I called Discount Tire the guy asked me where I was at and I told him I was right across the street and then he said come on over he said we should be able to have you in and out within an hour. It was literally an hour or a little less than an hour and I had my three children with me they have a cooler full of ice water and my experience was amazing I definitely would recommend Discount Tire on Hacks Cross.
