The service was a great experience. They were fast, friendly, and informative. Mike and Derek helped me and gave me few laughs and they never pressured me to purchase anything. They were just informative about the suggestions. Personality with great customer service goes a long way. This was my first time as a customer and it won't be my last. Keep it up guys!!
This place knows customer service. They have a great staff and I will go back for service. Greg helped me with my heat in only 10 minutes. Certainly an expert at what he does. Great people and great staff equates to repeat customers!
The phrase, “you get what you pay for” come to mind! I absolutely love bringing my car here! The service is quick, efficient, and reliable. The guy who worked on my car was named Derek and his customer service was amazing! I won’t go anywhere was. I strongly recommend anyone and everyone to come here.
Been coming to this location for what feels like forever! I always get great and speedy service! The employees are always very nice and kind. I always get the feeling that they really do have my best interest in mind and that they never try to take advantage of me. Derek is one of my favorite customer service employees who always tries to find me the best deals and he really takes care of me and my car as well! 5 stars all around!
Stopped by because I was having problems with my car starting. I’d previously been told at another car location that my battery was fine. The manager, Greg, offered to run a diagnostic test on my battery, alternator, and starter. Turns out that my battery was almost dead. I ended purchasing a battery from Express Oil. All of they testing and actual service was done in less than an hour. Great service!
