I had a set of 4 new tires put on at the Poplar Ave Firestone location. Unfortunately, when I left I was experiencing vibration both when driving at higher speeds and while braking that were not there prior to my new tires. I took the car back there twice spending a total of 10 hours to not have the problem they caused corrected. I called the corporate customer service center and then decided to visit the Brunswick location to get them to help. In under 2 hours, they took care of both problems!! They had my tires properly balanced and also took care of the vibration I had while braking. So grateful for these guys!! Highly recommend!!!
I took my truck in today to get basic tire rotation, balance and an alignment done. Took them 3 hour's to do so, no problem. The problem I have is after getting my truck home I thought to look at the weights to see what was added. On two of my rims, they put scratches. I know for a fact that they were not there before this. I take pride in keeping my rims scratch free. I'm beyond livid.. on one, it's right by where they took off the old one and put the new one on.
I was traveling to California and needed new tires so i stopped at this firestone location, very helpful, professional and friendly staff, Mike was really helpful and and made it possible for us to be on our way asap, I would definetly recommend this place to others who are local or just passing through on the I-40.
