I absolutely love this place.!!!! I was in an accident where someone hit me from behind, and Mr. Chuck Townsley made sure I was well taken care of. Not to mention that his customer service was OUTSTANDING.!! And he even went as far as fixing my button on my key fob so that my trunk would open.!!!! And they cleaned my car inside and out and had it beaming and smelling fresh.!!!

The repairs were completed before the specified time and the workmanship was impeccable. Also our representative Chuck went above and beyond offering to fix something that was not part of the original job altogether.
Horrible customer service, didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in for my scheduled appointment. Made smart remarks the entire time during the car inspection for my estimate like I couldn't afford to get my car repaired. And when I came a week ago as a walk in the man with the brown teeth was very rude because I didn't have an appointment and said they couldn't give me an estimate without an appointment and I said thats fine I'll make an appointment. I guess he thought I would just leave
I just picked up my Toyota Tundra truck and am extremely pleased with the work that was done. Not only does the ten year old truck now look factory new, but the customer service was timely and the communication with phone and text messaging a real bonus. In addition to being pleased with the body work, I was pleasantly surprised that the entire truck was cleaned inside as well as out. Thank you very much for good service.
