Trying to get suggestions from a nurse practioner about bed bugs. Well i got a follow up call a month later. She states that she was going to do my future appointments by phone. Never stated that they spotted bedbugs! I will not allow my insurance to pay you to talk to me over the phone. I'm NO FOOL!
I would have gave them a zero but its not a choice. I was in the hospital for a week because my lungs wasn't getting enough oxygen and I needed certain medications. So I went to my PCP because one of the medication my dr had to send it in. How about am still waiting for them to send it. I have been calling EVERYDAY and still get the run around. I guess I have to get sick again to get my medications and a class action lawsuit needs to be file for them for being neglectful because THATS EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE. Those so call doctors and nurses needs to be fired even the manager didn't help AT ALL when I was trying to file a complaint. Everytime I go there It's ALWAYS something. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND NOBODY to go there,, EVEN MY WORST ENEMY THATS HOW BAD THEY ARE. IF YOU ARE READING THIS RUN FOR THE HILLS and choose another PCP. I CAN'T wait to change mines.
This is the worst experience I've ever had in a doctors office. My appt was at 12 didn't get seen until 1:15. I'm the only one waiting... there are like 5 nurses walking in and out taking lunch breaks. Why set appointment time for a patient when everyone is on a break. I could've been doing better things with my day other than wait for you to finish lunch. No one offers a smile. No one updates me when it is I will be seen. I had to walk up there and ask "am I going to be seen anytime soon"? Terrible experience I would also give them zero stars if that was possible.
I haven't experienced any problems ....so far any visit I had ....I received the care I needed.
