The best ortho doctor around, caring, concern, compassionate, and he doesn't play when it comes to his patients. Very good doctor, and works well with his wonderful staff. Keep up the good work would recommend him anytime.

Sucked. Waited over 3 hours for a 1:15 appointment. Receptionust is rude. Lost our transport waiting. Had to wait 3 more hours for transport to come back. They got their insurance money. They don't give a damn about the patient.The doctor was arrested for 7 counts of aggrrivated assault and two counts of attempted rape. Great referral Methodist North.
Dr. Sokoloff is the best orthopedic doctor I've ever been to. I recently broke my hip and once he fixed my leg it was fixed much straighter than it had been my whole life!! His staff is great and I will never go to another doctor besides him again!!
When I got to my scheduled at 1:30 pm I wasn’t seen until 2:28 pm. Will the vulgar guy came to get me from the lobby and while checking my weight and vitals once again begin haggling me about being in the Marines just as he did my initial visit, stating that he was in the Navy and he was smart enough to stay on the boat. Once seen by the doctor (Sokoloff) he had no regard for my tight hamstrings moving them different angles at lightning speed. Then he pops up and tells me “you have very tight hamstrings.” Dah, yeah, I told you that. As he was half way out the door he was asking me if there’s anything else. Feeling rushed, I was like “yes” I do have questions. As i asked my questions he was talking over me and eventually just walked off. Once again, you guessed it; "Will the vulgar" was the X-ray tech as well. While taking my X-rays he told me that I was lucky that he was taking my X-rays and that if I turned on my stomach someone may stick something in me. On top of all this the place has this gloomy atmosphere and is very dirty with old equipment. I'm posting this complaint and hopefully Dr. Sokoloff will have the courage and concern to fix the environment in his office. Lastly, the VA suggested I see a civilian doctor so that I can be seen for 2 torn hamstrings that have plagued me for 28 years now. Sokoloff spent more time talking about my lower back which is an issue that is connected to the hamstrings. His report to the VA is that there aren't any issues with my lower back or hamstrings. This guy is extremely ignorant and is obviously running patients through his office and not performing thorough research, evaluations and examinations. I'm speaking of a 28 year old issue that ive been seen for and he didn't observe the scars. Maybe its because he didn't examine the hamstring muscle itself. Clear example of people who can pass medical exams don't all make good doctors. Its all true! DON'T GO TO THIS GUYS'S OFFICE, HE'S A JOKE!.

I was VA referred to Dr. Sokoloff's office for 5 issues. From the onset Kylene and Jennifer had bad attitudes treating me as if I made the mistake with my Veterans authorization stating that "you’re not going to be able to get it changed and we’re leaving at 5." I had a scheduled appointment and because they couldn't see me for all the issues that they, they both made sure that I understood that since they were not going to stay beyond 5 p.m., today, not matter how many issues I had. Not sure why they felt that I needed to know that they don't extend themselves but they said it with an attitude as they confided to have me leave the office before being seen. Jennifer said it then Kylene echoed her saying "that's right” with this sarcastic attitude. Bad impression for my first visit as I sat in the lobby for 20 minutes before being called back up to the window to fill out paperwork. Sad thing is, I was the only one in the lobby but I had an appointment for 2:30 pm and it’s 3:35 pm and I’m still sitting in the lobby. Long and short of it, I never got seen because their delays ran into Dr. Sokoloff leaving at 3:30 pm to go to "surgery."
