On a side note, when he tries to push you into going to Tri State Advanced Surgery Center because of their equipment and low infection rates, just ask if he has any ownership in it.
This is one of the kindest and most thoughtful doctors we have dealt with. He took a lot of time with us to explain the procedures for our 6 year old boy. He was available afterward for followup whenever we called with confusions on medicine schedules.
Dr. Dean Klug is one Amazing doctor! He removed my daughters tonsils and adneoids. I felt that he kept my daughter very comfortable and was very informative during the whole process. Her recovery was very smooth and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Klug is the best. I had Balloon Sinuplasty surgery by him. He got me well. I highly recommend Dr. Dean Klug if you want to get well from ear, nose, throat, or allergy problems.
I used to go to Dr. Klug; I cannot believe that was my life. There’s no antibiotic to treat his tardiness. A little dramatic perhaps, however, today was the first time my daughter was going to have any procedures since her release from the NICU 8 months ago. So, even as an emotionless father, I had some trepidation about her having surgery. To help alleviate these concerns, we were told that we would go back first to ensure she would be without food the minimal amount of time, the surgery was routine and quick, and the recovery would be minimal. Fast-forward to surgery day, we arrived at 6:00 am for the 7:15 am surgery. The baby had not eaten in 5 hours and began crying at 6:10. By 7:05 (6 hours no food) patients of other doctors had done pre-op talks, prep work, and started going back for surgery. No one has seen nor heard from Klug at the 7:15 surgery start time. By 7:25, still no Klug, we give up and leave to feed the crying baby in the car. I get it, 10 minutes is not that long, but with a crying infant it is an eternity. Also, it is not like whenever he blessed us with his presence the party kicks off, that is just the start of pre-op procedures. Here’s the thing, he schedules his own surgery times. So, if he is a sleepy boy in the mornings, don’t schedule 7:15 am surgeries. We have been listening to a hungry, crying baby while he is rolling through Starbucks enjoying his cotton candy frappe’ or whatever he is doing.
