I love Dr. Ballard and NP Eldra Perry but the office staff could be more congenial and helpful. The address listed is wrong it's actually 1407 Union Ave since they've moved. I asked them to have it updated but they disregarded my suggestion and I've had terrible experiences with the office manager.
