My nurse practioner Suzanne Grooms is excellent. I cannot remember ever being there over two hours and that's really stretching it. The staff has been very friendly but i did have a delay in a call back from a nurse. I called back three days later and they got the information i needed. Still would not trade this place for the world.
Mother n law had a fall at assisted living. 10:30am Called office for mobile xray order request & pain meds. Noon, received automated call meds being called in. 7:00 pharmacy closed no script. Called answer sevice requested change of pharmacy to a 24 hour. 8pm received automated notice, script sent to closed pharmacy. Left message with answer service 5 times requesting callback or transfer on the meds. It is now 12:30am. No returned call, no meds.... Highly disappointed with after hours attention for any overflow from the day. Mother n law 87 just having to deal with it.
My appointment was at 3pm and it is good that I booked the appointment after work and my wife could watch my children because a simple shot should not have taken over an hour to administer when all the paperwork was unchanged and current. I feel that I will be looking for a different provider after this visit.

I have been seeing Dr. Abston for almost a year now. It is hard to get an appointment. The administration staff are terrible when it comes to giving messages to the nurses. The nurses will not call you back. You have to continuously call them to get any type of response. They take forever to answer the phone. Only reason why I have not switched is because I have yet to find a suitable doctor that accepts my insurance near me. Dr. Abston is very sweet but the practice itself is terrible.
