Great first time visit with Dr. John Hill today. He is a great Dr and very helpful and informative. He listened to me and made my grand daughter very comfortable she loved him!! Thanks
Worst doctors ever. My daughter has been there and been Missed diagnosed and ended up being hospitalized for RSV 3 times and they told me that she just had bronchitis.. She could have ended up dead if I had listened to them.
Front Desk receptionist is by far the rudest person in a "professional" setting I have ever met! Every single time I have came to this office she has the nastiest attitude and is always very short with me. She never smiles and every response is either sarcastic or just flat out rude. I have been coming to the Raleigh Group since I was a child, and thought that it would be a great pleasure to let the same pediatric group take care of my children, although the Doctors are still amazing that lady ruins the wonderful experience I remembered I don't know her name she wouldn't give it to me and I would really love to have there corporate office number because I'm sure that no one will do anything about her. I will be withdrawing from this office though, for sure!!!
They are the worst ever. I've been here for 2 in a half hours and still haven't seen the doctor. Just sad
They are entirely too slow. Having an appointment does not matter. The staff is pretty nice but an hour & a half wait time & I scheduled the appointment weeks ago is unacceptable!
