Enjoyed our stay even though it was for only one night. Room was very clean and in good order. The king bed slept well and made for a good stay. We did not eat breakfast there
Got here Thursday after evaluating south Florida. The lady at the front desk was top notch ,kind and understanding. We have 2 rather large dogs and 2 children. Not easy to travel with. They made it easy. I am so appreciative!
I'm a wheelchair user and I want to praise Kumar at the front desk for going above and beyond my expectations for my stay. He answered every question in detail and even took a picture of a handicap room bed for me to see if it would work. Clean, reasonably priced and nice staff!
Not a family friendly area at all. During the day its not so bad. But at night time there are obvious prostitution going on. Shady characters all over. If you stay here stay in your room and you will be just fine. I would just skip Memphis all together.
, but it looked to have the usual waffles, cereal, bagels, etc. We will stay there again on our return.

The hotel is in a very pretty area east of Memphis. The room decor and the bed were fine, and the price was right for a one-day sleepover. However, we lost our water for the sink at about 4:30pm. Thank goodness, not the shower or the toilet. We also lost our WiFi in the evening, though it was restored around 2AM. While it worked there was a strong signal. We complained about the plumbing to the Desk Clerk but nothing was done. The personnel were friendly and nice. I liked them even though they did not resolve my problem Also there was mold on the back of the easy chair, which goes along with other complaints of musty damp smell. We did not eat breakfast there because we were meeting friends at the Cracker Barrel, which was within walking distance.
Only bad thing is the king bed mattress is too hard and the sofa bed mattress needs to be replaced due to stains and rips.
