Nice hotel overall. Close to many restaurants and shops. Limited selection at breakfast.
I had an incredible stay here! I was in Memphis for a convention and had great encounters with the staff. The accommodations were clean, and ready upon arrival. The staff was knowledgeable of the surrounding area, and quick to help me. I would definitely stay here again.
This was a company related visit. I stayed in room 305 - it was nice and clean. Didn't like the fact that you had to purchase breakfast - nothing was complimentary. I will be staying at the Residence Inn Downtown next time I visit Memphis - they have happy hour each day - free draft on tap and great food.
There wasn't any breakfast, or a freezer in the fridge. However, we had a nice shower and adjoining rooms. All in all, it was a nice place with fresh linens and a friendly staff.
I would have liked to see healthier options at the continental breakfast. There were MANY sugary and high carb options, and very few healthy alternatives.
The staff was friendly and helpful. If you need internet speed in your room then you are out of luck. I had to go down to the lobby to be able to view video content I needed to complete a work assignment. I mention this to them every time I stay there but it's never improved. I may have to stay elsewhere. I work in a media driven field.
