Called the office the day prior to my appointment asking for an estimate of how much time I would need to meet with the doctor. I was told that I was the second patient to be seen. Well I showed up to the office on time (maybe two minutes behind), signed in and was told to wait for a few minutes until the people behind me checked in.
When I addressed the receptionist about the error, she was none apologetic and gave me the excuse that the woman's paperwork was complete....that doesn't justify anything to me because she was called up prior to me when she was really behind me.
I asked for my copay to be refunded and received crazy looks and then I left.
So a few minutes later the receptionist calls the lady who walked in behind me (and actually said she was 45 mins. early) and gives her light paperwork and so on. I then get called up for same thing....well the lady that was behind me was called back before me and I was left sitting waiting for an hour. I was not able to be seen due to time.

My time was not considered and it was not acknowledged by the staff and I never received an apology...it was the total fault of the receptionist who did not do her job well, but instead she attempted to blame it on other patients that were before me and may have needed more time...this was a complete excuse and unnecessary information given to me, when all I needed was an apology.
