The Doctors were wonderful BUT skinny black woman on the second floor at the front desk needs to be fired. Her attitude is horrible and she speaks to patients with such nasty tone. This is supposed to be a professional environment and she is giving this place a bad vibe. No person working in such professional environment should have such HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'd rather go out of town to another eye specialist before I EVER Coke back to this one. Front desk receptionist are the FIRST People patients see and form their first impressions off of front desk workers and she has ruined that. Word of advice get receptionists who like their job because she clearly hates her job.
I felt welcomed. It is easy to get an appointment. However I have had trouble getting a good eye glass prescription. Even when I tell them it isn't quite right they just can't get it to work. I have had to stop wearing my glasses. The glasses give me blurry vision.
Honest reviews are much appreciated. How you as a doctor dilated a patient's eye and refused to advise them not to drive? Totally disregarded patients safely. Health care 101; patients well being and safety. Do no harm. Call the office, but no one seems to boarder to return my call. If physicians care more about money than safety, is a big problem.
I have had a great experience with Dr. Savage and his staff. Ladies up front are very friendly and Dr. Savage listens to you patiently. The wait time is not bad compared to some I have sat for 4 or 5 hours but to get the best I prepare for wait time.
