We like Dr. Mehr. She listened carefully, and, unlike most docs who turn away to look at a computer while talking, she never turned her back to talk to Mom, who is very hard of hearing. The problem we had is that we were sent to one lab for a chest x-ray for her breathing issues, and then a month later told to go to St. Francis for another test. We got no communication about the xray then found out weeks later that they never received it because it was sent to a different doc in a different practice. Both sides said they'd look into it, but 4 days later, I called each of them and found out no one had done anything. I wasn't sure whether it was the clinic (Baptist on Union) or the Dr. office who was at fault. Then we were sent to St F for a diff test. I waited 2 weeks before calling the dr's office and they said they had not gotten it. It's now been a month and I've heard nothing about it.
