Blood pressure wasn't checked... Called @ 8:30AM...needed new medication and it wasn't called in. Spoke to receptionist Natasha... She was very rude, and yelled over the phone "Your acting like we aren't working on it!!"
Miss Dr. Hutchison. Idk why i still go there. Maybe out of habit. Been going for 20 years. Corbett is fine, xu? Seems scared to interact more than visually and verbally.
Dr. Xu is my doctor. Each time i make an appointment for her i specifically ask for her and no Corbert. Everyrime corbert come in insread of her. Called today to see if i could get an appointment. I was put on hold and no one came back .after 10 minutes i hung up. These people are so rude.

This is the most unprofessional, rude, and ratchet doctor's office I've ever seen. I called on Sat to have them to send in a refill for my BP pills , of course they never sent it in and never followed up with me to let me know if their was an issue or not. So I went in on Mon to get another script for my BP pills and a steroid shot. I told her that my insurance will only covers a 90 day instead of a 30 day script. She said ok and that I will need to make an appt for a physical within the next 3weeks. Understand the physical only consist of a basic dr. visit with the exception of lab and a ekg. I stress to her that I just had surgery 2 weeks ago and I already had lab work done before sugery, and I also had an Echo done on my heart 3 months ago by Baptist desoto hospital. I told her to check my files from my other doctors and she did. She said ok just make appt for a physical. I said why we can't do it now since I'm already here and by the way you already have my lab and I will have Dr.Taylor send over my Echo. Dr. Xu said ok. So I get to the front desk, Natasha said that i have to make an appt for a physical and the earliest appt is next Wed. I said ok. I went to CVS to get my script and pharmacist said that' the script was only for 30 days and the insurance will only cover a 90 day script. I was like What!!, they do this all the time and I'm tired of it . The pharmacist informed me that he will contact my Dr, office in the morning. I also said I will call them too because I'm out of my BP meds and besides they never follow through. I called the office this morning to inform them that Dr. Taylor needed to know the name/dose of the steroids shot Dr. Xu gave me so he can send in my script for my prednisone and my BP script need to be changed to 90days. Of course, they never sent it nor called me back with the info about the shot. I called back again around 12, and explain everything all over again. One of the assistant got on the phone and state she didn't know the name/dose, I said can you find out, she came back with the name. I told her that I still need the dose, she said she didn't know, so i said again can you find out, I have to give this info to dr Taylor so he will know how much prednisone to prescribe me and I still need my BP med, change to a 90day script. The Rep stated that she will have a nurse to call it in again. I went to CVS around 4, the pharmacist state they never called it in. I'm MAD as Hell!! I call the office again. The rep stated that Dr.Xu, will only fill it for 30days and she will fill the rest after my physical. I asked why didn't anyone one call me. she stated because we already called it in. I'M PIST!! I said what part that u don't understand. Again the insurance will not cover it unless its a 90day script. The rep stated u will have to get a physical. I said lady my appt is next week and I DON'T have anymore med so what I need to do in the meantime? Have a stroke! I asked can i come in right now? I don't understand why she didn't do it yesterday. She said I can't, I will have to wait until my appt. Lady, again in the meantime what I need to do without my BP med, she said I guess pay for it out of your pocket. By now my BP is up.. I said u know I've been coming her for over 25 years the and the professionalism has went down tremendously. Everytime I come here it always something, weather I stand in the window and you act like you do see me standing here, or u guy can never find my folder, You have us waiting for a long before seeing a dr and when we finaly get a room u guys forget that we're still waiting to see the Dr. Lastly when I asked u to send my lab work to my specialist I have to call u several times and u still don't send it unless I get fed up and request to speak with the dr. I told them I pay u for a service and I expect it. I told them nevermind i will no longer need their service and I will find a dr office that cares and put the Heath of their patients first instead of another $. Ive always been nice even when u guys been rude and disrespectful. She said ok bye.
I've been going here for many, many years. In the last few years the level and quality of service has been declining rapidly. The receptionists have been the worst. They're rude, unhelpful, and often unaware of how to treat people with respect. They quick to hold their hand out for payment, but never to help. I tried for weeks to get my prescription refilled... They blame the pharmacist but it's their error. I leave messages for the doctor and never get a call back. If this was the only doctors office around.... I'd be dead waiting on them. Find another office and drive right on by this one!!!!!!!
