I have been a patient of Doctor Hoover for two years now and I find him very knowledgeable in the medical profession and easy to talk to. He answers your questions and not only with his stethoscope but with his heart and that is a rarity today. I do not like to go to the doctor but the positive side of going is the treatment I receive from Doctor Hoover and the staff. I often forget to say thank you to him but I hope he knows that I do.
Dr Hoover is the best diagnostic MD in the city of Memphis! I have been a patient for 17 years and he is the only doctor to successfully find out what was wrong and fixed it years ago. He does not currently take my insurance even though it is Aetna and his primary hospital is Baptist but his office manager is working with me to get him In Network! The entire office staff is AWESOME!!! I will never see another doctor even if he remains Out of Network!!

This entire place should be shut down. They still do things here like it's 1860. I've never had so many problems with a doctors office before. Nobody knows how to do their job properly. Find another office. Seriously, don't bother.
