doctor does not know what is covered by insurance inspite of being told that that services are covered. The nurses are snooty and should be kicked out immediately. After telling them that i needed vitamin tested . the results have come without even liver and kidney test after physical. i am going to complain to my insurance company as well about the facility. do yourself a favor...STAY AWAY

I have not been in a year however; I thought the staff was extremely professional.
The front office staff is nice. However, the nurses and Dr. Carpenter could use some lessons in bedside manner. I went here because of the great reviews that I heard from a few people. This experience was far from great. After my first visit, I was charged for tests that were not completed. I caught this on my insurance statement and notified the office and my insurance company. The office offered to run the tests but I told them to correct the bill instead. Dr. Carpenter skimmed through my exam with a few questions and a light assessments. The second visit was the same. She and her nurse had nasty attitudes as if having a bad day and taking it out on someone. I was again asked a few questions, got some dry answers, a light assessment and a few smart/dry remarks with my implies. I would not bring my dog to this clinic. This is my personal experience. Tip: always listen to your patient, conduct a thorough exam and obtain a health history ex. notes from previous provider and treat people as if they were family.
Friendly staff. Wait time not long at all i got right in. Dr carpenter was pleasant and informative! She didn't rush my questions and listened carefully. The office is very clean and the staff was professional. I really like Dr carpenter's nurse. She calls back the same day and made sure All my perceptions were filled. I'm happy I found a great Dr.
