I have been using Lunceford Family Medicine on Educators Lane for a few years now. I was skeptical from their reviews but they have great hours and as a working professional it is nice to be seen after "normal" business hours w/o it being an urgent care facility or charge. One of the biggest complaints is about the friendliness of the personnel. Do they come off as being "rude"? Sometimes. Are they? No. If you are pleasant to them they respond in a friendly manner back. The medical assistants are usually "students" in training. They are completing their clinical hours. Be patient and helpful. It is wonderful that Lunceford is still accepting students. Many places are not. The doctors I have seen there have always been caring and effective in my treatment. Thanks for listening.
Charged me 30 to tell me to get nsurance!!! Well should have just told me in first place ;on phone!!! . Plus i guess they thought they gave her reason to be rude!!! Even once i have insurance i wouldn't give these pep a dime of my money!!!
I am new to the area and after having troubles getting into other doctors or getting help from any other doctors I tried this place. I got to say everyone was very professional, the nurses were great and very kind. Dr Lauren Reilly is one of the best doctors I've ever met. She is very caring and willing to listen to you. I will continue to use this place and refer them to anyone of my friends and family. Thank you all for your help!!
What a piece. I can't even tell you how disappointed I am in this practice. The reviews are right. This is the second time I left a message for my "doctor" and recieved no response. Not to mention the front desk people, are rude 1, and have not one clue 2nd. Been going her for years and lately it is hard to get seen, wait forever, and screw wanting to speak with you doctor... Guess they only look at the $. The place has gotten nasty, and there is no customer service what so ever. For example. I called early, to the front desk what was going in and then I w as handed off to a voice mail. Left detailed message, and nothing. Good luck. But I'd look into sething else.
