It appears they have fired everyone that works at the front desk. Recently I would have to go in and schedule an appointment because no one ever answered the phone. Now they have a really pleasant girl named Anna that always answers and she communicates effectively. I never have any problems with Dr Thompson, Thornton or Baugh. I love them. They've been my children's Pedes for 8 years and we're still going strong and if I need to get my children seen, I can usually get same day appointments, next day, or even Saturday morning appointments. I'm very pleased with the care my children receive here.
We have seen and love Dr Bauch, Dr. Stancil, and Dr. Murray! They all are very knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough! They listen to your concerns and take them seriously. We had to leave for reasons outside of our control, but are back now and so very happy! I truly trust my babies with this group!
I had an appointment twice here because my son had a sinus infection. I informed the doctor of the color of his nasal discharge and he told me, "I don't understand why doctors tell you things like that are important . That's silly." and was told to basically wait it out... Seriously. Well, I took him elsewhere and found out it was a sinus infection, his green nasal discharge was significant and he was treated.
They never answer the phone! I'm switching doctors..
I would strongly advise that NO ONE take their child to this clinic. Not only do you wait forever and people that come in after you are seen before you, which is common, my granddaughter is autistic and their mindset is different than a child that does not have it. We are having a hard time in potty training her and the doctor told us to lock her in the bathroom by herself and eventually she would use it. She is 3 years old. This is so not professional and we are also filing a complaint with the medical board as this place needs to be investigated undercover to see how they really work. This is not the advice that an actual doctor would advise. They are rude as well and disregard averyine in the waiting room. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS CLINIC. THEY ARE QUACKS.
