David, receptionist, was the rudest, most disrespectful person I have ever had to deal with. I explained I was desperate for contacts as I had nothing to wear. He refused to give me any type of emergency appt or try to help get an appt. I was offered an appt for June 18.' I have appt scheduled with Optometrist in Memphis. Hopefully I will never have to enter West Tenn Eye. again.
I have been a patient with West Tennessee for 20'+ plus years. Due to a misunderstanding on poor communication I did not schedule an eye exam for my yearly prescription for my contacts. Since I needed vision exam we decided to correct cataracts. This was all scheduled but due to medical emergency (pneumonia-hospital) I had to cancel my surgery. I attempted to schedule a routine eye exam for contacts (private pay). Scheduled appointment for May 26. On the morning of they called to cancel my appointment with Dr Reece as she didn't want to see me. Said I needed to see my doctor, Dr Talleys. My Doctor, Dr Clark had moved out of state.
My children and I had a great experience... The only one I felt was rude was the actual dr... He needs better people skills..but other then that it was great and we got in and out no problem...they even have patience to deal with my adhd/autistic 5 year old...which is no small battle getting him to do any type of exam without hysterics... Thank you for the great help...one more problem we have is they are suppose to open at 830 and didn't open they're door till 930....

I have been getting the run around for replacement glasses for over a month. I have called and called and they had to reorder them I am so disappointed
