Stayed here during a business trip. Room was great. Loved the free use of the business center. Saved me and my colleagues before a presentation. Was able to do lots of reprinting and copying.
I stay here often for work travel. The location is perfect to get to many areas in Memphis and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. The property is gated and a room card is needed to enter the parking lot. It is located in a business area, so there is not a ton of traffic so it is mostly quiet and peaceful.
The room is fairly spacious, but my door lock wasn't working. The wall thermostat didn't do anything, had to use the control on the unit and still took awhile to cool the room down. There is only one elevator in the back of the building, so it will be a walk to use it. There isn't anything around the hotel in walking distance as it is in a commercial office park. The bistro is over priced, but pretty much your only food option other than the subway across the street. On a previous stay the hotel lost power and only the lobby and a couple hallways had back up power.
Friendly staff, comfortable beds. However, I found it ridiculous that the "official hotel of the NFL" whose do not disturb door tags say "This Room is Game Ready" and channel guide has the NFL Network listed on channel 15, does, in fact, not carry the NFL Network in room. You have to go to the lobby. If you want to watch a Thursday game, I suggest you stay at one of the many unofficial hotels of the NFL that carry the network in room.
Nice place, nice people. Very clean. Long hallways so if walking is issue to get to lobby ask for room close to that area.
