Nice atmosphere, decent area. Waited 3 hours just to get fresh pillow cases, rooms had a strange smell. Staff was overall nice but could use some improvement, worth a try if you're jist passing through to sleep
Great location. Large clean rooms with comfortable beds. Staff knowledgeable very helpful. Free shuttle service was fabulous! Shuttle drivers were tour guides also told us about the places we were going to. We would definitely stay here again.
Not a great experience. Water clogging in the sink. The toilet bowl wasn't very clean. You could seen filth around the rim of the toilet bowl. Fixtures were old. The napkins they give at the restaurant not very clean. And the level of service I experienced during breakfast was subpar. Having said this, gotta say everyone was super friendly and polite.
A nice hotel that has been renovated. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms are updated. The staff is super friendly and I would recommend to anyone. My only issue was the thermostat was not working but is was stuck on cool so the room stayed nice anyways.
Experience at this hotel was quite good. The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean and the plumbing and temperature of the water in the rooms was appropriate. There were tons of kids at the conference that I attended and we were still able to have easy access to the elevators. Parking was available and it wasn't too much of a hassle. The hotel was walking distance to the convention center. Overall I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
