This place is the poorest excuse for a hotel ever. I would not even give this one star. We checked in to a dirty room... We did not realize what had happened until it was to late. The fridge did not work and the ac would not make the room cold. I had a baby with me mind you. It was 2am by the time we realised the room was going to stay hot all night. We reluctantly went to the office and looked at 5 different rooms before deciding to settle for one with a broken door. We were told the manager would be in the next day. We checked for the manager the next day and he was delayed due to rain. So we checked again at 7pm when he said he wouldn't be in till Wednesday. I could not stomach staying here another night. We left. Had to pay for two nights and when we finally came back and got the manager the nightmare got even WORSE. The general manager was so rude and uncaring. I will never stay at a days inn again.
Its nice and clean and close to interstate. The people are really nice and have a good breakfast.
Staying at this hotel was a mistake. The doorknob to the bathroom was falling off, and everytime you flushed the toilet it would not stop making loud noises. Kept us up all night long. The tv only had a few channels. There were lots of spots on the sheets and pilows in one of our beds. The upholster chair had stains, too. We had a very stressful trip and did not point these things out right away. When we told the staff, they were very rude about it and blamed it on us. I would suggest to never stay at this hotel.
Big room. Near decent food and gas station. Decent price.
We check in and immediately notice the A/C has broken knobs so our choices were to freeze or melt. I'm from Chicago - I'm down to freeze. My kid uses the bathroom and the tissue holder came out of the wall - we simply push it back in. Then I notice that the toilet is stopped up. It happens to the best of us - we get a plunger from the front desk. There's no ironing board. A minor inconvenience - we iron on a dresser with a towel underneath. The top comforter has stains, holes, and burns; the carpet has weird food (or vomit??) stains. We come back to the room and there are roaches (roaches!!!) on the wall - we are easy people - but we can only overlook so much. Such a nasty hotel.
