I stayed for a week extended stay was good and also a great location for other shopping centers in the area
Trashy hotel for the price. Poor construction. Old building. TV was bolted to the counter. Staff was accommodating but told me to come get my stuff from the front desk and didn't bring it to the room. One of the drawers wasn't on the rails, towels weren't in the bathroom which made no sense. Would not recommend and will never stay again.
It has been more than 2 weeks and they didn't return my extra 440 USD made on card..also the rooms are having kitchen but no utensils so can't use it...
This place has a lot of work to be done to make it a 4 or 5 star extended stay hotel. It has the potential and with the right people in upper management and a staff that share the same mentality, attitude, and outlook to make this extended stay motel (hotel) what it once was before being bought by the present company, it can be once again. It needs a total makeover in management, staff, one that genuinely understands what customer service and satisfaction means, managerial leadership, team work and professionalism, as well as cosmetic changes. Low prices does not mean low mentality, attitude, outlook, and treatment to guests.
WOW, really!! Just because it's an extended stay and the price is very reasonable does not mean that housekeeping has to be this way there were things on the floor behind the dresser, the wall near the stove was very nasty, I no glass plate in the microwave. And the carpets were extremely dirty. I am posting pictures this was the Extended Stay on Sycamore View in Memphis.
