It was an amazing stay. I loved the kitchen in the room, I was under the impression there's a kitchen in every room so that saves money and made us feel like home. The manager was great. Overall it was a great stay. My next trip to Memphis Tenn I will be staying here again.
We checked on at 3:30 pm I called from the phone to the front desk four times no one pickup. So I went to the front desk and requested pillows sheets blankets and towels. I was told we would have them in 30 minutes. We left and came back at 7:30 pm. My husband had to go get the towels. We were then told the other items were dirty and being washed we were 4 th on a list to get them. Ten minutes later we had sheets and blankets.We left and came back at 9:30 no pillows were there. I was told they had no pillows. And when I started to ask for the manager Jermey the clerk started to yell at me I don't know your doing the most walked off and ignored me. Two people walked up and he helped them still ignoring the fact I asked for corporate phone number. Worst custom service I have ever had in my 35 years of living.
For the price of the room, this is a great buy for however long you stay. Stayed at red roof for way more money and it was disgusting. This room includes a kitchen, a couch, an eating table, as well as a impeccably clean room and great customer service. Glad we decided to switch hotels.
I have been staying here for 2 months. It is not a place of luxury but I will say. I have never stayed in a more friendly , helpful , courteous place. Gretta Teresa and all the day staff at the front desk are beyond wonderful , helpful , & understanding. I can't really comment on night staff because I have not had much contact with them but they are friendly when seen in hallways. All of the cleaning & maintained cell staff are respectful & courteous. My room is comfortable and clean. Bed works for bad back. Hats off to this crew!!! Can't say enough about Gretta!!!!
Very nice clean room and environment. Full kitchen is really nice. Only reason I didn't rate as 5 stars is how you pay more to check in then at check out they put like 15% or 25% back on your card. Room attendants don't help with luggage and pool is outside. I would still definitely go back because of the neighborhood and nice rooms!
