Room had a weird smell but it was clean.. and everyone was nice and friendly
Bedbugs were the only problem I had with them. Other than that it's a nice little spot seconds away from everything.
If I could give this zero stars I would. There is no way in absolute hell that this is a 2.5 star hotel. Worst service and rooms imaginable
as the owner of the MSN Group - Our technicians travel a lot between many of the Mid-South states for sometimes weeks at a time. We have found ESA fits not only the needs of our technicians ESA is easy on the budget. Only downside to this location is there is no elevator. During my last stay at this location I was fortunate to meet Odessa at the customer service desk, she was fantastic! She was very helpful and quit pleasant. I will continue to use this location for my staff whenever in Memphis Area!
