Very friendly sales people and management. Unlike some other stores in the area, we weren't bombarded by heavy sales tactics and were allowed to make our decision un-harassed.
After the first futon I bought from them was damaged moving it into my home, they worked quickly and considerately to make everything right, and I am now the proud owner of a quality futon from this great local store with fantastic customer service. I would definitely shop with them again in the future.
