Great place. Friendly staff. Location to Beale Street is great. Food choices are amazing. Blues city cafe ribs are awesome.
The check in was very rude, saying my upgrade was denied through the Hilton Honors APP told me I would have to pay over 350.00 for a balcony on a Sunday Night. I told him Hilton offered me a upgrade for 49.99. Told me that was impossible this hotel is usually 300 plus dollars a night. Well guess what not a Sunday on every sight your hotel is 159.00 he said I dont know how you got it for 129.00, lets see almighty desk man maybe I used something called Honors Points which I earned through spending money. Lets see what else Hot Tub was broken Heated pool was freezing cold. Security is up the wazoo I guess they have had problems with Bums in the past.
Fun place just a block off Beale St. Walking distance to the Orpheus Theater, BBQ, the Peabody Hotel to Watch the ducks and I'm sure many things I did not get to experience in my short time. The breakfast was good with waffles and a standard continental . Everything was clean but it seems as if the hotel is being updated. Parking was $18 per day which when considering location was fair.
Good location. Great staff. Breakfast was good. Wish it had been just a little cleaner in the bathroom. The floor of the tub was dirty still when we first got there but it was corrected. Outside of that I was happy with the stay and would stay again. Hopefully the weather will be better next time.
We stayed in suite with the kitchenette. Very good room. Really only complaint was that the bathroom was very dim. The included breakfast want great, but it serves it's purpose. Location is excellent, although can be loud if your room is on the Beale Street side.
