Staff was extremely nice/courteous, beds and pillows very comfortable. Bad coffee, and it could use a little renovation to common areas. Overall it was good.

I may have stayed on a "cheap" floor or something. My room had a different layout and "feel" than other Hampton Inn's I've stayed at in the past. Didn't look like any of the pictures posted here. Shower had no pressure which was pretty annoying but not a huge deal I guess.
Courteous staff and nice accommodations. Breakfast was about average for a 3 star hotel. All in all, would not have a problem recommending this hotel!
Wonderful stay here. Large, clean and quiet room. Extremely friendly and helpful staff - from the front desk to the breakfast attendants to the housekeeping staff. Great, free, hot breakfast. My new to-go place in all of East Memphis and Germantown.
