Ms. Kathy, Tameia, Gwendolyn, and Bernadette provided excellent customer service. I will recommend this establishment to all of my friends and co-workers at Greyhound. Thank you all very much.
Hotel is close to the airport which is convenient for early morning flights. Other than that the hotel is pretty mediocre. No fridge and the rooms are starting to show their age. Still, it's a decent place to stay if you have to catch an early flight.
The best part about staying at this hotel is that it is very close to the airport, and that the shuttle service runs virtually nonstop... but as soon as you arrive to the hotel you are greeted by a flight of stairs, which will force you to carry your luggage up. Unless you know that down the hallway there is an elevator. There was a buffet, but half the trays were empty and weren't refilled until long after I was done with my dinner. There was just one soap in the restroom, which you had to share between the sink and the shower. The shower drain was also clogged, which always results in an unpleasant experience. I'd rather stay somewhere else next time... a couple minutes extra comute time might be worth the wait as long as you get a better stay.
The staff was very respectful and provided the best customer service. Ms. Gwendolyn and Andrea were the best at assisting me getting settled in my room. The breakfast set up had everything imaginable. I truly recommend this hotel. Located near the airport.
Staff and management were awesome. Very friendly and helpful. For the first time in my 53 years I was completely satisfied and enjoyed my entire stay..
