The room was large and well outfitted. Only downside was ice machines were not on every floor (on 3&5 only) and bathroom was a little small. But clean very comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast and large well appointed dining area. Plan on staying here again.
Rooms are comfortable with also a big sofa. Unfortunately our rooms was a little bit smelly and looked dated. Receptionist are very helpful and the dining room,where you can have a complementary nice breakfast,is wide. You can easily park your car in the big hotel parking. 15 minutes away from Graceland by car. Unless specified,there were no vending machines on the floors. Many shopping centres are very close.
The room and facilities were excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Food from the grill, however, could have been much better for what we charged.
Stayed here for 2 nights and would not want to stay here again. I gave it 3 stars because the staff was awesome. Very nice, helpful and friendly. My review is on the room itself. On my first night I did not really notice much until the next morning when I had 3 red bumps on my legs they were very itchy but I brushed it off assuming possibly mosquito bites or something. I also felt like I had something on my right ear that bugged me but I could never quite tell what it was it just felt like something was in there and I kept poking and shaking my ear and eventually that went away. The 2nd night around 3:00 am I was awaken by a pinch like pain in the back of my right arm. I jumped up and felt my arm and I had blood. Immediately I turned on the lights and checked the sheets and saw 2 blood stains in the sheets. Oddly the stains were on the opposite side of the bed which I was not using and actually had a pillow on but moved it to check the sheets. I didn't call the front desk or let them know because I didn't know what to think and I never actually saw anything even though obviously there was something that caused me to bleed and feel the pain and get the red bumps. The water in the sink would also not go completely down until a couple minutes and the AC was very loud.
We stayed a night here on a road trip and were very pleased. Our room was a suite and we were allowed to have our dog with us for a $75 fee. Everything was clean. There was a nice security guard at night. And breakfast was included. Would stay here again.
