Nice studio room...clean but elevators floors a little dirty...lights went out for several hours...front window attendant took over45 minutes to book me in...customer service is horrible...the window attendant is also the maintenance man that what took so long for him to book me in he was outside cleaning the parking lot...lights went out again for several hours

Been up here 1 1/2years and the months go on their service gets shittier...they want their money on time but when i comes to room cleaning once a week u have to wait 10 days if i pay my rent ontime on a schedule clean my room on schedule no excuses i cant tell them oh i got some else to do i will pay yall three day after my rent. Date. Bad business
Called to make a reservation and was told i did so. Arrived to find out they had no rooms available. Manager then informed me a room just opened up and she saved it for me. Very appreciative. Good customer service. Room however was filthy and very unkept.
