This place was great for the price! The staff was very friendly and nice. The breakfast wasn’t the best, but it was okay! If we ever come back to Tennessee, we will come back here. I would defiantly recommend. Rooms were nice as well, just if you have kids be warned, the blankets and sheets are white. Thank you guys for the great stay!
Close to the airport but not too loud. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. And the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Recently renovated in the main hotel areas. A very nice, modern renovation. Most of guest room also renovated, although much of bathroom was not and it was dated. Upgraded breakfast (advertised as La Quinta's continental plus waffles... instead also included hot eggs, biscuits, and gravy). Ample pet waste stations, but grassy areas were limited just as other reviewers indicated. Staff was very friendly. Did not have any issue with noise at all, neither airport nor the other industry nearby, contrary to other reviews. Food in immediate area limited except for a Mexican restaurant next door.
For the low price I’m very surprised. The customer service was great. Because the hotel is pet friendly I was nervous about the smell and overall cleanliness of the rooms. I have a cat who is very clean and doesn’t like smells in many hotels (we travel a lot). But the room was very clean. No odor. Air conditioning works great which is a huge plus for me as I’m a hotbox. The bed is pretty comfortable. And they accommodate my German Shepherd which is hard to find. Great for the price.
Nice hotel. The room was clean but signs of wear were shown (Door jam had damage; shower head had minimal pressure). Microwave, fridge, and TV in room. Breakfast was free, but not a huge selection. The lady working the dining room was super friendly and kept the area clean, even cleaning up my dishes when I was finished eating. No noise could be heard from airplanes.
